This issue is about making a ‘change’. Personally, I love change. I love that I have the courage to make changes for the better.
I’m sure each and every one of us has something in our lives that we are not happy with. It may be the fact that we work too much; that we don’t save enough; that we’re not assertive enough in the workplace or at home; or something minor, like the need to update our look for the season. Whatever it is now is the time to identify that one thing that you aren’t quite happy with and change it!

From humble beginnings the German-Bengali beauty has transformed from successful marketing executive to admired internationally recognised actress. In her exclusive interview with AW from the set of Fruit and Nut, she reveals how she has overcome box office flops, controversies, bad press, and cheating boyfriends to be the accomplished and happy woman that she is today (page 42).
